Announcing the 2025 Field of Glory – A Powerful Tribute to Service and Sacrifice, Featuring Over 500 U.S. Flags
The Azusa Rotary Club, in proud partnership with the City of Azusa, is honored to present the 10th Annual Field of Glory, a powerful and patriotic tribute featuring more than 500 U.S. Flags displayed on the front lawn of Azusa City Hall. This moving installation will be open to the public from Saturday, September 6 through Friday, September 12, 2025.
Held annually during the week of September 11, the Field of Glory is a solemn remembrance of the terrorist attacks on 9/11, honoring the lives lost and the heroism shown that day. It also serves as a heartfelt tribute to our veterans, active military, and first responders who continue to protect and serve our communities.
We invite the community to our Opening Ceremony on Sunday, September 7. We will gather to commemorate 9/11 and reflect on its lasting impact. You can participate in this meaningful display by sponsoring a U.S. Flag or a Freedom Flag—the official flag of remembrance for 9/11. Each sponsored flag will feature a personal dedication and stand proudly throughout the weeklong event.
We encourage visitors to walk through the awe-inspiring sea of flags, especially in the evening when the display is beautifully illuminated. It is a moving experience that unites us in remembrance, reflection, and gratitude.
